Antbreak is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Site.

Antbreak Originals. All original games, artwork, code, and written content created by Antbreak are the intellectual property of Antbreak and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Third-party games. Games on the Site that are not Antbreak Originals are the property of their respective creators and are embedded under licence or with permission. All third-party trademarks, game names, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their owners.

User content. Antbreak does not currently allow user-generated content. If this changes, separate terms will apply.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Antbreak does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

No warranty on game availability. Games may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice. We make no guarantee that any specific game will remain available on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antbreak and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embed third-party services (including games and advertising). Antbreak is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
